Part 1 is The Education Center, where you choose the specific investing topic you’d like to study, in short easy lessons sent to you weekly. You can focus your investing education on just those topics that address your specific needs. And you may take one or more topics at any given time. You choose your area of study from a wide range of real estate experts.

Study topics include real estate investing strategies explained in easy to understand step-by-step fashion. Whether you are new to real estate investing, or an old pro, there is something here for everyone. Foreclosures, Short Sales, “Subject-To” the existing mortgage, Rental Property, Property Management, Real Estate Business Accounting, Rehabbing, and much more!

You can focus on one or more topics at any given time. Each topic is it’s own “mini course”. Most of the “mini courses” contain two to four hours of specific content. Each “mini course” is broken up into easy to digest pieces, each about 30 minutes long. You’ll receive one segment each week, on the topic you have registered for.
